This is a rare and fabulous Victorian silver stamp moistener by the highly collectable Sampson Mordan. The tubular glass barrel shaped moistener housed in a silver high -sided tray. The tray fixed on a green marble plinth.

London Assay mark.
Lion Passant.
Date letter "a" for 1896.
