EDWARDIAN PLASTER & GILT PLAQUE IN TURNED PAINTED FRAME WITH CONVEX GLASS COVER
An interesting Edwardian finely cast plaster plaque depicting a gentleman holding a ladies hand in gesture.This item is very rarely seen today.Finished generously in real gold leaf,the detail is amazing with alot of under cutting evident in the manufacturing process of the plaster.
The scene is carefully presented under a convex glass set into a turned and black painted wooden frame.The backs being sealed with dark paper.
