A charming Victorian English match strike beautifully cut from crystal in the form of a Scottish thistle.

The top is mounted with sterling silver, fully hallmarked for the highly collectable assay office of Chester and the year 1896, making it a true Victorian example. The makers mark is also present for the top quality silversmith, Saunders and Shepherd.

Excellent undamaged condition measuring 1 7/8" in diameter x 2 7/8" tall.
