Life Size Pair of Verdigris Patinated Bronze Lions
A magnificent pair of very large bronze lions, these are realistically modelled and stand on all fours. They are entirely covered in a green verdigris patination and have an extraordinary weight which will have them standing through any weather conditions. This pair have produced a physical attraction in all who pass and have slightly shiny noses where hands have reached out to stroke them. They will stand proud in a large country estate, at a door or driveway entrance.
Delivery will need to be discussed, given their exceptional weight.
Dating to the 20th Century, these are bronze and originate from the UK.
They are in good age-related condition, without any signs of wear other than slightly smoothed noses from passers-by reaching out their hands.
