An impressive large two-way photograph frame made from English sterling silver fully hallmarked for the highly sought-after Chester assay office and struck in the year 1915, a true antique example. The makers mark is for the well renowned silversmith, Stokes and Ireland Ltd.

The backing is made from solid Oak with a folding easel stand, which works to allow the frame to be displayed in both a landscape and portrait configuration the most popular type of frame being so versatile to display your cherished photos.

A simple plain frame fitting both a traditional or contemporary interior. Excellent condition measuring 12 1/4" x 9 1/8" with a glazed aperture measuring 10 3/4" x 7 1/2".
