Georgian Silver Castor
This is a Silver Georgian (Late 18th early 19th century) Sugar /Pepper Castor.
The Castor has rubbed marks to the base with the maker W mark unidentified, a Lion Passant and the London Hallmark are just visible. Owners initials are located to the body which are W C A.
The Castor weighs 71g and measures 125mm high x 48mm diameter of the base x 45mm diameter of the body x 29mm diameter of the top.
The Castor is in good condition with age related wear and rubbed marks. We offer free insured postage & packing within the U.K.
