A simple but beautiful pair of British sterling silver candlesticks in perfect condition. The candlesticks look spectacular when polished and have green felt material on the base so they do not scratch. The top of the candle stick have a removable head which has a plain molded rim that is also hallmarked which is a nice touch. Working down the stem or column of the candle sticks there is three sets of trailing detail and one final set or larger detail before the base. The plain spreading circular base is ornamented with two further bands of trailing detail. The cylindrical columns are supported by an impressive plain rounded stepped two tier base which is rather subtle.These magnificent candlesticks were crafted by P.P. The candle sticks have been made very nicely and would make a great addition to any fireplace or living room setting
