A handsome 19th‑century Dutch peat bucket, complete with its original brass liner and offered in excellent antique condition. The tapering wooden body is defined by ribbed bands and finished with a neatly shaped folding brass handle, balancing utility with decorative appeal. The removable brass liner fits snugly inside, displaying the gentle wear and patina expected of a well‑used fireside piece. Originally made for domestic use, it now serves beautifully as a fireside accessory, planter, or decorative storage vessel.
