For sale we have a lovely pair of Alexander Ritchie Design Iona Silver Cuff Links.

The solid silver cufflinks are of an oval form and are decorated with a rope border surrounding the typical Celtic Alexander Ritchie Design of a Viking long ship. The reverse of the cufflinks carry English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1956 along with the makers marks W.H.D for WH Darby & Sons. Ritchie had some of his pieces made through the Birmingham silver company WH Darby & Sons in the 1930s and it seems that after his death, WH Darby & Sons continued making the Iona silver right up until the early 1960s.

The cufflinks are in an a lovely vintage condition. They are 3/4 of an inch (1.9cm) long and weigh a total of 11.6g by our electronic scales.
