Wedgwood Eric Ravilious Persephone Coffee Set
Serve after dinner coffee with this stunning and rare Persephone set, designed by Eric Ravilious for Wedgwood in the green colourway. Comprises 6 coffee cans with saucers, milk jug, sugar bowl, coffee pot and lid. The pattern was originally introduced as 'Harvest Festival' in 1936 and changed to 'Persephone' a year later. The set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Just a couple of the usual minute underglaze dust specks from firing.Coffee pot approx 18cm to the top of the finial.
