This sweet little blush ivory vase was made by Royal Worcester. Its unusual shape is No 991. Its Registration number is 957 (issued in 1884). The 'X' on the backstamp dates it for 1886. It is decorated with hand painted blossom each flower and leaf being outlined in gold. The fluted neck with its scalloped edge also has gilded detail. The piece is in very good condition overall with just some minor wear to the gilding around the neck. It is 8.5cm high and 9.5cm in diameter at the widest point.
