Rare Pair Of Elgin Silver Dessert Spoons
FINE & RARE pair of Georgian Scottish Provincial Sterling silver dessert spoons by CHARLES FOWLER of ELGIN. Charles Fowler was active in Elgin between 1809 - 1824 and we date this to be around 1815. Good weight to them with great clear hallmarks and an A monogram to the front side. Very good condition for age. Elgin marked silver is rare especially from the Georgian period.
