An very unusual Continental Porcelain Letter or Stamp Moistener, marked and impressed 'Hermetos Patent.(German).Decorated with Transfer Flowers,Greek Key Pattern and Gilt lines. In the tip is a piece of what appears to be Cork and in its collar can be seen the impressed Patent mark.
