A rare Worcester porcelain tea canister of barrel form with canted shoulders and short, wide neck. Printed in the ever popular fisherman pattern, c.1775. Crescent mark to base.

It measures 12cm (4 3/4") high and 8.3cm (3 1/4") wide.

Condition is excellent with no damage, repair or restoration and minimal handling wear. There is a firing flaw at the rim: a small unglazed section just inside and over the rim and a short firing line. It is missing its original cover as is often the case. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
