Of particular interest to American collectors and all lovers of deco, this figure was produced in the 1930s-40s by an obscure factory Padre of California. This was one of the Southern potteries that popped up in California in the 1930s and 40s and then "bit the dust" when cheap Japanese imports started to flood in.
