19TH Century Pink Luster Cupid And Venus Dishes porcelain  Victorian Sunderland %%alt5%%
Lovely antique set of porcelain dishes including six fruit saucers and a larger similar shaped dish and Bowl. The later possibly a slop bowl from the tea service matching this set. All of the same pattern transfer print of venus and cupid, overpainted by hand with pink luster border. Very rare survivors.
Size: fruit saucer 5 5/8” diameter , 1 1/4” deep
larger dish, 7 7/7” diameter, 1 1/4” deep
bowl 6 1/4” diameter, 3” deep ,
weight before packing: 1250g
 
Condition is excellent just a little surface ware as you would expect. A scratch to the larger dish and an indentation to the inner surface of the bowl possible from the point of manufacture. Otherwise damage free.
