18th Century Derby Porcelain Butter Tub / Dish
A rare Derby porcelain butter dish of rectangular form with canted corners with original cover with moulded grooved strap handle. Painted with garden flowers of roses and tulips with matching decoration to the cover and red-brown rims. c.1760.
It measures 12cm (4 3/4") by 9cm (3 1/2") wide and 9.5cm (3 3/4") high.
