An unusual and pretty sterling silver antique jewellery box fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1919. The makers mark is also present for the top-notch silversmith, Cornelius Saunders & Francis Shepherd.

The box stand on three handsome "fleur de lys" legs. The lid fits well and once opened reveals a stunning interior with the original teal coloured silk and the interior of the lid is lavishly gilded.

Excellent condition, measuring 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1 3/4" tall.
