Specimen Letter Forms by the Swedish Sign Painter Joh. Hellsten,one specimen sheet from the very rare Portfolio Skyltmotiv, published in 1884 by Hellsten.

The ability of Chromolithographer C. A. Carlsson to reproduce woodgraining and 3 dimensional effects planographically in 1884 was truly incredible.

The only complete Portfolio of 30 pages of specimens appears to be in the Stockholm Library.
