A Royal Precept of Sasine dated 1st December 1603 by King James VI to Andrew Edmonston of Lands of Gulmerton in Midlothian,granted at Edinburgh.

Handwritten, 29 Lines of Latin & Scots onto vellum. Has the fine penned initial letter and name Jacobus (James) King James VI of Scotland. Plus part fragment of the Privy Seal of Scotland.
