Porcelain Birds Egg Scent Bottle
This beautiful porcelain speckled birds egg, was made by James MacIntyre of Burslem in 1885, Rd No. 20772.

The Rd No. is painted on the bottom of the egg, camouflaged amongst the speckles (and is impossible to photograph)

The Silver twist-off top was made by Sampson Morden & Co. London

This piece is in excellent condition, with only very small scratches to the edge of the silver lid, commensurate with age, and really only visible under a glass.
