In the Reign of George I, Handwritten onto Watermarked Laid Paper Obligation Bond dated 1715, between a Jonathan Osborn and Dorothy Osborne of Donington le Heath, Leicester, Widow,on the one part and a William Osborne on the second part.
Jonathan Osborne is to observe the obligations, conditions, payments, promises of an Indenture.
Has 3 Embossed Duty Stamps VI pence each plus a franked Paper Tax Duty Stamp of Ten Pence. Very nice wax Seal of Jonathan Osborn. Due to personal reasons 'Wayside Mews and Collectables' will be unable to fulfil any orders for the immediate future, this will include the period up to St Valentines Day 2023.
