Good size French faux bamboo style mirror made in solid beech, hand turned and highlighted, finished with a clear beeswax to seal, circa 1920 and in super condition.
The faux bamboo has a wonderful pale tone as it should and the wax finish gives it a mellow glow. The highlighting to the typical bamboo turns are a great contrast to the pale beech.
The mirror glass is newly fitted and I have also added hanging chain so you can use this mirror both "portrait" and "landscape."
Not terribly heavy, so it will hang from ma single screw fitting in your wall.

37 3/4 inches or 96 cm
28 inches or 71 cm Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
