Wonderfully decorative and statement size Indian Kanduri Temple appliqué work wall hanging. Hand made with an enormous amount of detail showing a parade of a variety of figures and animals. This unusual group of textiles were made as devotional objets. This is a very good example being highly decorated and with pleasingly muted colours.
Well framed and glazed.
