Hand Written Bound Sales Conveyance of Hertford Lodge, East End, Finchley, now Avenue House, from Colonel Mortimer Hancock to Henry Charles Stephens of Stephens Inks. Dated 29th September 1900. The property sold for £2,900.00. Has the plan details of the property and both Colonel Hancock's and Henry Stephens Seals and Signatures. There are 2 embossed duty stamps, one for twelve pounds and the other for two pounds and ten shillings. Plus two Victorian Cypher's. Has marbled end pages and clothe boards.
