A late Georgian to early Victorian carved wood and gilded convex wall mirror.

The circular frame has a carved eagle and scrolling acanthus to the top, a concave moulded edge and 18 giltwood ball decorations.

The lower edge of the frame is decorated with a sun burst gilded carving.

The convex mirror is in good condition with some old restoration to the gilt and some chips and crack.

The original mirror plate has some old spotting and has a diameter of 44cm (17.3 inches). (Circa 1840)
