Georgian Mahogany & Brass Pique Shoe Snuff Box
Very nice early 19th century mahogany shoe snuff box with sliding lid and brass pin decoration to the lid, toe and sole along with 2 strips of pins representing the lace holes. The sliding lid has been constructed cleverly so it only slides one way and only to a certain point.
It measures 3 5/8" long, 1 5.8" high and 1 1/4" wide. Condition is excellent with no damage and very light surface wear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
