George III Handwritten Vellum Indenture dated 20th February 1787 between William Baldock of Canterbury in the County of Kent and a Francis Cobb of Margate in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent. Mr Cobb,for the sum of Five Shillings, to lease for one year a House, Stable and Garden within the walls of the City of Canterbury from Mr Baldock.
Has the Seal of William Baldock and a Blue Five Shillings Duty Stamp with a George II Cypher on the reverse.
