A fabulous Art Deco vanity jar or box, perfect for Q-Tips, made from English Cut Glass and topped with a solid sterling silver lid, the underside of the glass even retains it's original little paper label "English Cut Glass".

The sterling lid is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1933 together with the makers initials for the silversmith, Albert Carter.

The top of the lid has the most exquisite blue enamel guilloche enamel with a lovely bright finish, showcasing the attractive Art Deco engine turning below.

Excellent condition measuring 2 1/4" x 1 1/2" x 3 1/2" tall.
