George II Handwritten Vellum Indenture dated 4th July 1729. has very fine penned Initial Letter and the Coats-of-Arms of George.
The Indenture is between John & Mary Salt on the first part, John Alt on the second part and John Gregory on the third part, all from the County of Derby, in consideration of the sum of £105. 5s. 0d for a parcel of Land.
The Indenture has 4 good Seals and 3 Blue Paper Tax Duty stamps and 1 Black & White George II Cypher.
