This is a beautiful pair of candlesticks with clear hallmark for Birmingham 1906. They have a lovely ornate pattern. On the stem there is detail of a rams head with horns followed by bows. On the square base there are garlands of flowers and bows. They have They have a gadrooned edge around the edge of the sconce and a step design on the square base
