A well proportioned antique giltwood overmantel mirror dating from 1880.
Frame water-gilded to the very highest of standards using 23.5 carat genuine gold leaf.
Original mirror plate with light overall foxing and a few very fine surface scratches around extreme edge of plate.
Original backing board.
Sizes 103.5 cm high, 102.5 cm max width at base, main frame width 82 cm.
