This lovely bisque-head doll dates from c.1910-1920. She has 'Armand Marseille Made in Germany D.R.G.M. 246/1 390 A.5/0.M.' moulded into the back of her head. She has a bisque head with sleeping glass eyes, and an open mouth with teeth. She has a ball-jointed composition body with wooden arms, upper legs and ball joints and composition hands and lower legs. She has a vintage curly brown wig, which is partially loose. She is wearing a vintage but not original dress and pantaloons.

Condition: Overall in good condition with some wear consistent with age. She is overall a little grubby. There are no visible cracks to her head, but there is a small chip to the side of one eye socket. There are a few marks and some glue residue around her head. Her wig is partially loose and a little matted. Her eyelids have some slight paint loss. Her body has some wear and some manufacturing flaws as might be expected. There is some wear around her joints, and one leg joint is slightly higher on the body than the other. One lower foot has been repaired and repainted. Her outfit has some slight discolouration but is in overall very good condition.
