Wiggenholt Copyhold Document, handwritten in Latin onto vellum in the reign of King Charles II. Dated 26th October 1684.
John Monke, Lord of the Manor is re-granting a copyhold tenancy to Mary Longhurst and Thomas Longhurst, being a cottage and a half acre of land in Steepwood Lane, Wiggenholt, West Sussex. Signed by William Wheeler, Steward. Due to personal reasons 'Wayside Mews and Collectables' will be unable to fulfil any orders for the immediate future, this will include the period up to St Valentines Day 2023.
