A large, heavy faience barrel straddled by the figure of a bacchanalian putto wreathed in vines gorging on a bunch of grapes.
Reputedly, produced for a major wine wholesaler.
A must have display piece for anybody associated with the wine trade.... or even anybody that likes a glass or two!
