A magnificent Christofle et Cie large Champagne bucket, dating from the 19th century, this is a rare early top-notch example dating to the late 19th century.

It comes complete with the original zinc bottle liner. The handles are beautifully decorated with a figural female "mask".

The underside is fully marked for the famous Maison Christofle, Paris.

Superb condition spanning 11 1/2" handle to handle x 7 3/4" at the top x 9 1/2" tall.
