PAIR OF OAK VERNACULAR ARTS AND CRAFTS ELBOW CHAIRS c1870-90.

This is a pair of oak Victorian Arts and Crafts elbow chairs from the latter half of the 19th Century. They have pad fee with turned front columns and a turned and shaped front stretcher. The elbow rests are shaped with a large circular section to rest your glass upon at the front. The back rail has four shaped back rests with the side uprights being turned with a typically shaped top decoration for this age and style. They are upholstered in William Morris fabric called "Vine"
