This wonderful Pair of Pricket Candle Wall Lights, mounted on deeply carved Oak Panels, provide a subtle, evocative light when lit.
The stunning carved oak panels used to create these Lights date from the 18th century, if not before, and were originally part of a larger piece of furniture or architectural fitting. They are of good, rich colour.
The simple metal arms are topped by carefully turned oak cups finished with a metal sconce and a central Pricket for holding a candle.
The condition of he Lights is good. There are signs of old, extant worm to the edges. The panels are solid and strong.
