Illinois 19 Jewel Pocket Watch Locomotive Back


19 jewel Illinois open face pocket watch with a good 'Choo Choo' engraved back cover measuring 50 mm in diameter and dating to c1916.
White enamel dial signed 'Illinois' with bold black, block Arabic numerals, Montgomery minute track, blued steel spade hands and subsidiary seconds dial. There is a chip to the enamel at the bottom of the dial, which does not intrude on the numbers, but otherwise in very good condition. Mineral crystal in good condition and light scratching.
The alloy case with a good engraving of a train on track passing a signal. Screw-on front and back covers and milled band. In very good all round condition having no dings or scratching of note.
High grade stem set and wind 19 jewel, nickel movement with micro regulator, adjusted for temperature and 3 possitions and screw-set jewelling. In very good condition and working order.
