George I style burr walnut crossbanded bureau having two short and two long cockbeaded drawers with brass loop handles.The fall front opens to reveal a fitted interior of serpentine drawers with a row of pigeonholes and sliding well,raised on ogee bracket feet. Originally retailed by Gill and Reigate London, who were awarded " decorators to King George V" in latter years
