Description: Antique French Napoleon III desk in mahogany with expertly chiseled gilded bronze applications.

The rectangular shaped top is surrounded by a gilded bronze railing with a chiselled leather in the center surrounded by a wooden reserve placed across

The undercounter band also enriched with bronze fittings bearing a palmette motif contains two lateral drawers identifiable by a beautiful, finely chiseled gilded bronze nozzle.

The four truncated cone-shaped feet with grooves bear a beautiful bronze capital and end with shoes of the same material.

Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional shellac and handmade alcohol method.

Provenance: 19th century France.
