A very atttractive and practical large vintage cheese cutter dating to c.1920's. Mounted on a heavy oak base with integral 'crumb' drawer, and a beautiful divided white marble slab to support the cheese and keep it cool. Large chrome cutting frame with oak handle and cheese cutting wire. All in perfect working condition.

A cheese cutter of this size is likely to have been used in the kitchens of a grand house, or in a retail cheese shop in the early 20thC.
