This antique Victorian carved oak box settle / monks bench, has a shaped carved top with the green man carved to the centre, the back having lovely detailed carving of dragons breathing fire, having solid oak carved arm supports, the carved edge seat lifts for storage. Under having a carved panel with carved detail above and below. This is a impressive Victorian carved oak settle. Circa 1880
