A lovely Georgian toleware spice box, charmingly designed and divided into six compartments with a nutmeg grater fitted at the centre.

This traditional kitchen storage box features a circular form with painted toleware decoration, typical of late 18th to early 19th-century domestic wares. Each compartment would have held different spices, with the central grater providing a practical touch for freshly grated nutmeg.

A fine and decorative example of Georgian period kitchenalia, both functional and highly collectible.
