The watch has a good quality 11-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The fully signed movement has a patent regulator, screw-set jewels and gold jewel settings. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 2,370,039 which dates it back to 1912. It is all protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold filled and was manufactured by the Star Watch Case Company. It is beautifully detailed on both the front and back. A vacant cartouche to the front and a small image of boats on the sea to the back. The case is in beautiful condition.
The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is an acrylic lens which is in lovely condition.
The signed dial is in lovely condition with lever set blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers with red numerals.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
