From The American Electric Fan Co. Of Logansport Indiana, This Oscillating Desk Fan From 1917 Has Become One Of The Highest Sought After Oscillating Antique Electric Fans. Termed "Roller Coaster" This Fan Can Be Set For 360 Degree Oscillation While Traveling Up And Down In A "Roller Coaster" Pattern. This Example Was Found During An Estate Cleanout By A Family Member. This Fan Was In A Climate Controlled Garage And The Family Member Who Found It Was Unaware Their Father Owned It Or Where It May Have Come From. Someone Restored This Example At Some Point And Part Of The Restoration Included Chrome Plating The Blade And Guard Along With Several Small Components. This Is Also A Rare DC Direct Current Example, Of The Small Number Known Even Fewer Are DC. Fan Operates Perfectly On 3 Distinct Speeds. Once In A Lifetime Opportunity To Own Such A Rare Fan.
