Circa 1870, an Exhibition quality carved gilded side table in the manner of William Kent, with Faux variegated marble top with simple foredge over a stylish Greek key frieze, centred with the face of a Goddess surrounded by open foliate carving, all standing on four monumental well-drawn and carved legs incorporating, Acanthus leaves ribbed sections and finishing on well carved hairy paw animal feet.
