Circa 1920s. Mahogany open bookcase by ‘Whytock & Reid of Edinburgh’, the solid top with a small shaped ledge to the back and moulded fore-edge, the front with two sections each with two adjustable mahogany shelves with stylish facings, separated by a simple mahogany upright, beneath the bottom shelf a stylish moulding and the bookcase rests on classic ‘Whytock & Reid’ feet.
