An unusual walnut 18th Century influenced freestanding kneehole pedestal desk. The cross banded top retaining the original tan leather writing surface with blind and gilt tooling. The 4 sided cushion moulding joining with the 2 pedestals. The 9 graduated and cock beaded drawers all with pierced back plate and brass handles with working locks and key. The whole stands on bracket shaped plinth bases. In good original condition and ready for the home or office. Sizes:- Height…31.25’’/ 79.5cm. Max.Width… 53.5’’/ 136cm. Max.Depth…26’’/ 66cm.
