Walker & Hall silver 6 piece dressing table set.
A very attractive silver dressing table set, each piece hallmarked for Sheffield with dates 1918 to 1921 and made by Walker and Hall one of the top silversmiths at the time.
The set comprises of a round mirror, two clothes brushes, two hair brushes and a faux tortoiseshell comb with silver sleeve.
The condition is very good and the brushes in particular look as if they have hardly been used. There are slight marks to the edges which is not unexpected. The mirror has a small blemish to one side, at 8 o'clock, which I have shown in the photographs.
There is a gothic letter G engraved on each item of the set.
The mirror measures 12 inches or 30 centimeters from the handle to the top of the mirror. The comb measures 7.5 inches or 19 centimeters from end to end.
